Title: Quality Control AnalystLocation: Dartford - Fully on-siteClient: Leading Pharmaceutical CompanyType: 6 months contract - full timeShifts: 3 weeks rotation Early shift 6am - 2pm Monday-FridayLate shift 1:30pm - 10pm Monday-Thursday, 1:30pm - 7pm FridayNight shift 9pm - 7am Main ResponsibilitiesImplement and document Musterzüge (sampling) of raw materials for the manufacture of clinical trial suppliesPerform and document incoming goods inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standardsManage storage, retention, and archiving of samples and all related documentationParticipate in quality-releasing processes for printed labelsConduct quality control of product distribution to ensure compliance and traceabilitySupport the development and optimization of test proceduresPerform analytical testing of in-process controls and composite samples in accordance with GMP and EHS requirementsExecute analyses using defined methods and SOPs within agreed timelinesCarry out a broad range of tests, including Particle size analysis, Cleaning verification, FTIR identification testing etcReview, approve, and report QC data, ensuring accuracy, clarity and compliance with cGMPPrepare test methods for particle size and cleaning verification analysesCompile and issue analytical documentation such as Statements of Results, Certificates of Analysis, and Cleaning CertificatesMain RequirementsCompleted training as PTA, CTA, PCA, MFA, or pharmaceutical ZMFA (or equivalent technical training)Practical experience in quality control of pharmaceuticals and/or packaging materialsStrong command of English, both written and spokenHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation qualityAbility to work independently and efficiently while maintaining compliance with GMP standardsWillingness to work flexible hours, depending on operational needsABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
