Legionella Risk Assessor

Qualifications & experience
Hold a good working knowledge of domestic, commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and regulations.
Hold extensive experience of carrying out risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 is essential within the water hygiene / treatment industry.
Ideally hold City and guilds / WMS Legionella control association certificates.
Must have excellent communication skill, both written and verbal.
Proficient using Microsoft office packages.
Responsibilities within the role.
Undertaking monthly temperature testing, water sampling, surveys of water systems and supplies in line with ACOP L8 guidelines
Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments to ACOP L8.
Produce schematic drawings, comprehensive reports and final documents.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety and company procedures.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.
Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measure through quotations and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
