**Location**: Cirencester Office

**Employment Type**: Permanent

This person will be part of the Product team in Clients Services and support the resolution of client complaints and concession requests whilst improving admin processes. This role would ideally suit someone with previous FS experience who is keen to progress and take on a new challenge at SJP.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for reviewing/responding to concessions aligned to the relevant Product Team, ensuring that any agreed concessions are within regulatory framework and autonomy limits.
- Responsible for responding to complaints to ensure these are being addressed effectively.
- Ensure process and service improvements are recorded, referred and monitored through to implementation.
- Support ‘executive’ cases referred by senior management.
- Support Service Delivery Manager with issues.
- Provide coaching to administration colleagues in relation to complaints and concessions as required.
- Ensure relevant information is recorded on Salesforce.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Understanding of relationships and structure within SJP, Client Services and admin centres.
- Able to communicate effectively to individuals around the business.
- Able to report and understand MI and to use this in combination with process knowledge to identify potential improvements.
- Able to provide solutions through awareness of product, regulatory and legislative constraints/procedures, with appropriate reference to colleagues.
- Capable of creating and communicating information.

**Special Requirements**:
Ability to travel to SJP locations and/or administration centre.
