Administrator required to work at our impressive Cirencester Head office on Love Lane in Gloucestershire. We need a a positive, flexible, reliable, accountable, safety conscious and focused administrator to support the administrative tasks within the Maintenance and Engineering Department with a good standard of secondary education - Maths and English Grade 4 / C or above.

The key responsibilities of the Administrator are to;
- Administrate plant maintenance documentation - arranging services/breakdown requests - scanning reports to Q-Pulse and filing.
- Administrate Facilities and Health & Safety activities.
- Prepare administration of new plant equipment acquisition / introduction / validation.
- Manage spares and inventory
- Address various SAGE tasks across Maintenance and Engineering.
- Management of Maintenance and Facilities Smartsheet Hopper.
- Assist the Department with general typing and administration as required.
- Compile and report departmental metrics.
- Arrange maintenance of company vehicles including administration of drivers’ information.

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
