This is a dynamic, hands-on position where attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for travel will be essential.What you’ll be doing:Sourcing and developing high-end experiences and properties that resonate with the company’s luxury client baseEnsuring that all experiences meet sustainability criteria and align with the company’s brand values and marketing briefsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and ensure exceptional service deliveryCollaborating with the marketing team to provide engaging content for website, social campaigns, and offline materialsAssisting with the administration and creation of group tours and charters in collaboration with the DirectorCommunicating updates to the sales team and organising training sessions to keep everyone informedAssisting with data collection from hotels and cruise companies to accurately calculate the carbon footprint of our holidaysAbout you:Prior experience working within the high-end, tailor-made travel industryExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and colleaguesStrong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systemsExceptional copywriting skills with excellent attention to detailStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectivelyA strong appreciation for sustainability and its importance in the travel industryIn-depth knowledge of Africa, with both travel experience and a background in working with African suppliers would be highly advantageousExperience in sourcing and formatting imagesWhat’s in it for you:Travel Insurance (family inclusive)Low-interest rate company loansMonthly lunchesRegular, expense-paid team socialsAnnual bonusParking permit for central Cirencester60/40 hybrid working model (2 days minimum in the office)Interested?
