The role is a mixture of account management and new sales engagement, you will be a confident individual that can establish close working relationships over the phone and face to face.

**Job Purpose**:
Manage a number of existing key accounts, address your clients needs, sales and service.
Proactively approach businesses with a view to becoming their preferred Apple provider. Identify key personnel within businesses, approach them and seek a face to face or remote meetings.
Explain our range of services and solutions, demonstrate core Apple technologies such as Mac OS and iOS and identify sales opportunities.
Develop opportunities to provide system proposals/quotations, follow up and ultimately close the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Achieve a monthly and annual sales target
Manage sales activity reports and sales forecasts
Maintain a sales pipeline, prospect list and client database
Proactively approach new and existing business accounts
Identify key decision makers and seek an introduction meeting
Build personal relationships with our customers and maintain them with regular contact
Develop and maintain a set of key accounts
Communicate/demonstrate our solutions
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship such as sales, service, training
Attend Apple and third party training
Sustain and develop product knowledge
Have an understanding and passion for Apple technology
Have a passion for and experience of using macOS and iOS based products
Have previous sales and account management experience
Have an understanding of the business sector from either previous sales or working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good listener and empathetic
Smart appearance
Ability to engage with all levels of management
A friendly, confident personality
Ability to quickly establish and maintain personal relationships
Good administration skills
Be well organised and possess good time management skills
Hold a good level of basic IT knowledge and have a desire to lean more
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
A desire to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Competitive with a desire to succeed
Full UK driving licence
