We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading brand looking for Production Operatives to work with their growing team to become a specialist in Timber and Manufacturing based within the heart of Fairford. This role will require the ability to learn and ambition to grow within an exciting company.

**This Production Operative vacancy has the benefit or pay incentives through attendance and performance-based pay reviews.**

This role is Temporary to Permanent and easily commutable from: Swindon, Cirencester, Lechlade, South Cerney and Cricklade.

**The role**:

- £10.75 - £12.50 Per Hour
- Weekly Pay (until permanent)
- No weekend work
- Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Monthly Attendance Bonus
- Available immediate starts

**Production Operative responsibilities**:

- Carry out general timber production and factory duties
- Uphold health and safety standards/ procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping in the yard
- Prepare timber frames
- Ensure that production processes are being carried out properly
- Working within a fast paced environment
- Use a pressing machine on the timber
- Previous warehousing, production, manufacturing or labouring experience
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work as a team and under own initiative
- Attention to detail and health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Full UK Driving license or within commutable distance of FAIRFORD on public transport

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.75-£12.50 per hour
