**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. Provide information to customers on products and prices help customers to place orders online through social media platforms fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team prepare sales invoices and maintain records and accounts of sales activity handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant members of sales team carries out general sales and marketing administrative duties

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £38,700.00 per year
