Sales Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and clients, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain and update customer databases using Sage or other relevant software.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage documentation related to sales processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot any software-related issues that may arise.
- Utilise Outlook and Word for correspondence and documentation purposes.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Solid time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong IT skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Graduate
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
