Windows Server Engineer

This is a newly created role within a London based consultancy firm based in the Biggin Hill area of Kent. My client is looking for an experienced Windows Server Engineer to work in a hybrid role split between working from home and working in Biggin Hill.This role is paying £65,000 and offers an excellent opportunity to work on some exciting projects and technologies.
To be considered for this position you will have a solid background in Microsoft 3 rd line infrastructure support and project work. My client has a large estate of over 250 servers & circa 1000 users.
- Windows Server 2012 & 2016
- Active Directory
- Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint)
- VMWare
- Veeam backup
- Fortigate firewalls
- HP & Cisco switches & routers
In addition to your 3 rd line BAU support you will get involved in various rollout & implementation projects across the business.
My client has multiple sites across the UK, with 4 sites across Greater London (Waltham Abbey, Crystal Palace, Biggin Hill and Walthamstow). This role will be based in their Kent site in Biggin Hill, as well as being able to work from home for several daysa week. This role is paying between £55,000 - £65,000.
