**Network Engineer - Biggin Hill
- Permanent - Hybrid**

Opportunity of a lifetime to work as a Network Engineer for a renowned organisation. This opportunity requires you to travel to various destinations around the world intermittently and ensure Networks are well geared for business requirements. When not travelingthe role will be hybrid onsite.

This role requires someone to provide high level network and infrastructure support in an extremely fast paced environment where people will be counting on you - so you will need to act cool under pressure.

My client is seeking someone who is technically strong; a good communicator and a can do and will do attitude. The role will lean on all your Network Engineer knowledge and experience in the below areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide and maintain a secure IT network and infrastructure environment
- Input to upgrading design plans
- Build network rigs and derig for events
- Troubleshooting BAU network escalations and tickets
- Stays on top of new technologies and looks for streamlining and improving current systems and security.
- Network switching, routing, firewalls and Wi-Fi
- Fault finding
- Working on corporate firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- Customer / end user service orientated attitude

**Essential Experience**:

- Proven track record as a Network Engineer
- Min 4 years of experience in delivering and supporting networks in a large enterprise environment (800+ users & multiple servers).
- Proven track record working in a fast paced environment
- CCNA certifications is required
- They will require knowledge and experience in the majority of the below and have technical responsibilities in a largely Cisco-based infrastructure, including:

- Cisco environment and products
- Microsoft Azure Networking
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Networking
- Juniper / Cisco / Palo Alto Firewalls
- Routers & Switches
- Load Balancers
- VPN / Remote Access
- WAN / connectivity
- Network Analysis and monitoring
- Colocation provisioning
- Power, UPS and Wiring
