Senior Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join an independent financial advisors, who are based in Great Yarmouth. You will have the flexibility to work from home potentially for 3 days per week and will provide theoffice set up required for this job.
Office working days are Monday to Friday / 8:30 am - 17:00 pm with parking is available on-site.
**Senior Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Submitting new business paperwork
- Monitoring cases through to completion
- Issuing completion paperwork
- Managing client queries
- Ad-hoc postal queries
- Fee reconciliation and month end
- DB case referrals and monitoring
- Updating Xplan with case and client data, managing pipeline
- Maintain detailed knowledge of platform processes and systems
- Mortgage administration as holiday cover
- Monitoring cases through to completion
- Issuing completion paperwork
- Recording review dates and contacting clients when necessary
- Training other members of staff
- Updating and maintaining key holder records
- Reviewing and updating existing processes, implementing new processes.
- Updating wealth management spreadsheet and checking client reviews are recorded
- Updating new business pipeline
- Management reporting
- Completing checklists where required
**Senior Administrator Key Skills**:
