Administrator - Scaffolding and Access Division

Overview
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? We're looking for a full time (39 hours) pro-active administrator to support our Scaffolding and Access Division, ensuring smooth operations across compliance, training, customer service, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle compliance and maintenance - oversee vehicle records, service schedules, and repairs.
- Timesheets and invoicing - process timesheets and manage invoicing efficiently.
- Training co-ordination - organise and track training programs, maintain training logs, and ensure compliance.
- Health and safety compliance - support health and safety procedures, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Assist with safety audits - support and facilitate audits, ensuring records are up to date.
- Onboarding support - assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Site visit documentation - maintain accurate records and documentation of site visits.
- Customer service and client relations - schedule appointments, handle enquiries, and follow up on client satisfaction.
- Digital filing and record management - maintain an organised and accessible digital filing system.
- Liaison and communication - act as the central point of contact between teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Senior management support - provide administrative assistance to senior management as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle compliance and Health and Safety regulations (preferred.)
