**Job overview**:
The Great Yarmouth and Waveney Care Group provides community and inpatient services for working age adults and older people who need assessment, ongoing care and treatment. As an organisation we are committed to strengthening and creating real opportunities for learning, improving and working creatively.
Our Care Group provides mental health services for:
- Older Peoples Inpatient and Community
- Adult Inpatient and Community
- Learning Disability Community
- Crisis support for adults and older people
- Liaison services at the JPUH
Due to retirement of the current post holder we are looking to recruit a full time Operational Team Data Administrator to work with the senior leadership team.
You will support compliance, timeliness and data entry across a variety of IT systems, including Lorenzo (Electronic Patient Record), ESR / MSS / ePay (payroll systems) and Oracle (stock ordering system). We are recruiting early to ensure that a comprehensive handover and full training can be provided.
The ability to work flexibly in response to service needs is essential. Experience of working to deadlines, the ability to negotiate and demonstrate curiosity whilst maintaining strict confidentiality are key.
**Main duties of the job**:
The main duties of the job include, but are not exclusive to:
- Provide direct support to the senior leadership team as far as delegated authority for systems.
- Data quality, data cleansing and reporting tasks
- Key performance indicator (KPI) data quality and exception reporting
- Investigating compliance reports for example HR supervision and appraisal
- Producing local medical staffing rota and compilation rota for reception and intranet and support the placements of Medical students within the Care Group
- Updating systems including Lorenzo (EPR), Oracle (Finance and stock ordering) and ESR (Finance and HR staff records) ePay
- Diary management for Care group People Participation Lead (PPL)
- Point of contact for Clinical Team Leaders for workforce reporting and staff records
- Support wider management team with any incoming queries via the team inbox
The care group leadership team is based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth.
