**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked.
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the organisation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:
