**Expro Group **are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator, on a permanent basis, to join the Operations team based in Great Yarmouth.

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To carry out office duties safely and efficiently as required.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to Workshop & Operations departments as assigned.
2. Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, taking meeting minutes, filing and archiving duties.
3. Answer telephones, take messages and relay the information to the appropriate person.
4. Control and implement ordering of stationery, office furniture and canteen supplies for the department as necessary.
5. Assist to make arrangements for business-related events and functions; book and set up meeting rooms, arrange equipment, documentation, lunches etc as necessary.
6. Organise and co-ordinate travel arrangements for Workshop and Operations departments as required.
7. Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with the documentation to be processed.
8. Raise Purchase requisitions and PO’s for Workshop and Operations department as required.
9. Run monthly reports for both Workshop and Operations as required. Relay reports to relevant internal departments.
10. Assist in arranging training for both Workshop and Operations personnel as required. Maintain detailed database of all training completed.
11. Assist in carrying out monthly facilities inspections, Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, emergency exits etc.
12. Assist with facilities maintenance including but not limited to: monitoring Facilities Management System, arranging servicing of equipment, filing job sheets & reports and keeping record of vendor RAMS.
13. Where required support Workshop and Operations department with monthly invoicing duties.
14. Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
15. Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
17. Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. Extensive experience in administrative and clerical procedures, including preparing correspondence and filing.

2. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
