We’re seeking a **first-class Service Desk Administrator** to strengthen our team and play a pivotal role in linking our office, engineering team, and clients.

**Your Role**

As our Service Desk Administrator, you’ll be central to our operations by ensuring seamless communication and organisational efficiency. Your key duties will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly approach.
- Managing phone inquiries with excellent communication and a positive attitude.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to schedule jobs for our engineers.
- Raising jobs in our service management system and maintaining accurate records.
- Replenishing engineer stock through effective supply chain management.
- Using initiative to exceed client expectations and support team success.

**About You**

- **Experience**: Ideally 2 years in a similar role.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written skills.

- **Team Spirit**: A proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- **Preferred Extras**: A valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
