We’re seeking a Service Desk Administrator to strengthen our team and play a pivotal role in linking our office, engineering team, and clients. Your Role As our Service Desk Administrator, you’ll be central to our operations by ensuring seamless communication and organisational efficiency. Your key duties will include: Coordinate complex jobs through to completion liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met. Raise jobs in our service management system and maintain accurate records. Act as the first port of call to our customers with excellent communication and a positive attitude. Replenish engineer stock through effective supply chain management. Use initiative to exceed client expectations and support team success. Manage diaries such as the MD’s and the meeting room as well as staff holidays. Take minutes for meetings and perform any other duties deemed necessary to the business. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is driven to delight customers, and demonstrates: Experience: Ideally 2 years in a similar role planning or with relevant transferable skills. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. Organisation: Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
