T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful international organisation who have an opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join their team. As FP&A Analyst you will report to the Head of FP&A and play a pivot role in producing quarterly reforecasts, monthlyfinancial performance reporting and the development of analysis and standard reports to improve the MI across the Division.

**Hybrid Working - 3 days office/2 days homeworking**

As FP&A Analyst your remit will include:

- Production of monthly Board deck including Board level commentary on both Financial and KPI performance
- Production of monthly management pack
- Responsibility for circulating, chasing and collating monthly variance analysis on functional P&L lines from Finance Business Partners
- Ownership of Forecasting and understanding variances of a number of non-direct P&L lines including Travel and Subsistence. Driving insight on a monthly basis to improve efficiency on spend
- Prepare and circulate forecast guidance packs (twice a year high level, twice a year detailed guidance packs)
- Drafting Quarterly Business review templates, with prepopulated KPI data

To be successful as FP&A Analyst you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Newly or part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in Board report writing and commentary
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing quality outputs
- At least 2:1 Degree in a degree with a high quantitative element (Finance, Economics, Maths, Science, Engineering)
- Experience of some more advanced Excel functions, demonstrates an interest in building models and improving reports
