MBA are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work out of our client’s prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.

The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls from our client’s current customers to book in their yearly MOT or service, whilst maximising the opportunity to upsell and cross sell products through establishing needs.

In return, the Customer Service Representative can expect a salary of £19,865 with a realistic OTE £22,625. There’s also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts, Subsidised Car Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.

**About the role**
- Communicate with the customer in a friendly and polite manner
- Ensure that the customer’s information is recorded and updated
- Guarantee all appointments are scheduled clearly in the Technicians diary
- Deliver excellent service to every customer
- Up sell additional products i.e. service plans
- Answer all calls professionally and quickly

**About you**
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Relevant experience is preferred but not essential
- Have great planning and organisational skills
- Work efficiently under pressure ability to achieve and reach targets
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic
