This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face. They are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

**Customer Service Representative Role**

As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the face and voice of their clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services. Learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.

Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise they make is that no two days are alike.

- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
