M5 Experience is growing massively, day by day and we're now looking for even more people to join our fun dynamic team in Manchester. We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out and engage customer prospects actively

**A day in the life of our Customer Service **Representative**:

- Assist in increasing brand awareness for our clients
- Attend our pop-up style events
- Present in-person to potential customers
- Making sales and processing payments
- Promote any latest offerings on behalf of our clients
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service
- Handle all queries
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Adhere to KPIs and client guidelines

**No Experience? No Problem**

All of our Customer Service Representatives will receive on-the-job training and extensive in-house training to ensure our team feels confident when customer-facing to get you prepared & ready to head out to start your career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, M3 2NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
