**The opportunity**:
**As a Project Administrator, you will contribute to business and project success through administration of project and programme data to promote decisions that drive the highest efficiency and improve revenue.

**Key areas of focus**:
As the Project Administrator, you will play a key role in helping the company run efficiently and establishing data that allows analysis and insight into project/programme progress. You will assist with data capture to ensure project reporting is correct, accurate and up to date to assist with the overall strategic direction of the PMO.

Your day-to-day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion.
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall project.
- Working with project managers to capture project data and produce insights to optimize performance.
- Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
- Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Maintaining project contracts and financials.
- Developing a good understanding of processes and associated tools and resources throughout the business
- Identifying and promoting opportunities to continually improve the delivery process
- Developing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support change to processes and business solutions

**About you**:
You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. You value data and are able to deal with complex issues. You are excellent at working with people and always strive to provide a customer driven approach. We are looking for someone that has:

- Keen attention to detail and strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
- Experience with stakeholder and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience of Jira or Confluence (desirable but not essential)
