**About the Team**
Workday has an opening for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the EMEA Marketing Operations Team. This is an exciting position within a dedicated team and comes with the opportunity for growth here at Workday

Our team collaborates with EMEA field marketing teams and the broader marketing organisation to plan and execute marketing campaigns. We are committed to the optimisation of our lead engagement processes, and as an integral member of the team you'll have a meaningful role in helping to run operations that drive the success of our marketing strategies.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support event marketing activities with the set-up of registration processes through Marketo and system integrations
- Build and test automated workflows for ongoing engagement programs
- Develop innovative solutions to optimise our campaign execution activities within Marketo
- Assist in data maintenance activities including list imports and data clean-up

**About You**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Database management/CRM experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

**Other Qualifications**:

- Shown technical, analytical and functional skills
- Broad understanding of B2B marketing strategy and mix
- Working understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
- A strategic mentality, passionate about modern marketing and learning new things
- A teammate capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills
