**We are looking for experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join our contact centre to represent our client, McCarthy Stone, on our Outbound Digital Team.**

Within this role you will be expected to deliver exceptional service to customers whilst calling back leads from website enquiries to secure appointments with prospective home buyers. McCarthy Stone are a growing team, with lots of new streams of work, so variety and development within the role is possible.

**What will I do in the role?**

Have a ‘can do’ attitude

The first point of contact for all customer queries

Brand ambassador for your client

Provide outstanding customer service

Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

**What do I need?**

Previous outbound sales experience

Strong customer service background

A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach

Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Works well within a team

Confident IT skills

Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn

Great attention to detail and highly organised

**Working Hours**:
Full time - 40 hours per week

**What will I be paid?**

£12.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn commission.

Please note the company reserves the right to review, amend or retract the commission structure in line with business requirements.

**Where will I be based?**

This position is based in our offices in Southend-On-Sea. We do not have remote options available for this role.

**What contract will I be on?**

This role is a permanent position
