As an **Outbound Telesales Advisor,**you'll be:

- Making outbound calls to customers who have placed partial orders to help them complete their order journey.
- Making outbound calls to customers who have registered their interest and driving sales for newly released areas.
- Lead management: working through warm leads for customers who are coming out of contract and have expressed an interest in joining toob.
- Supporting the field team with taking orders over the phone as required

As an **Outbound** **Telesales Advisor** you will need to be:

- An Effective communicator with the ability to adapt your style to different customers and conversations where needed
- A target-driven person who is motivated to win customers.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on customer engagement via telephone, bridging the gap between Customer Services and the Sales team
- Experienced in using CRM software to manage leads.
- Data-driven and organised: managing and ensuring CRM is being used appropriately and that all leads and follow-ups are actioned.
- Experienced in telecoms is preferred but not essential.

- This role follows a rotational shift pattern, working between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 weekends. Weekend shifts will be between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Sundays._
