**Renewals Advisor - Southend-on-Sea**

My client based in Southend-on-Sea are seeking a Renewals Advisor to join the team on a Permanent basis.

Duties will include:

- Proactively renew existing policies in line with their renewal dates
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and assist with retention of business
- Responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls
- Increase customer loyalty and maintain good customer relationships
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
- Maintain the relevant diary systems to ensure and manage customer contact times
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customers
- Provide additional support and day to day account management to allocated customers
- Ensure product explanation is accurate and full
- Ability to self-manage and be motivated to achieve targets
- Previous Customer Service experience and ideally previous experience within Sales or Retentions/Renewals
- Excellent communication skill and good attention to detail
- Computer literate - Microsoft Word and Excel to a basic level

Monday-Friday, shifts on a rota basis: 9am-5pm and the following week 12pm-8pm - 35 hours per week

Basic salary 20k plus commission (OTE 30-35k)
Office based

Full training will be provided
