Data & Compliance Administrator

**Duties**
Working as part of a busy compliance team for a successful training provider, you will be required to:
- Be responsible for the accurate and efficient maintenance of enrolment data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external regulatory bodies, service level agreements and timescales.
- Support exam invigilation.
- Liaise with curriculum staff to support effective information flow across the business.
- Understand how to resolve various data validation errors and warnings.
- Undertake data checks to ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy within funding rules.
- Assist in meeting pre-agreed performance targets and service level agreements set by the Head of Compliance.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the technical requirements required within the Data and Compliance team, learner eligibility, policy, and funding.
- Be responsible for providing clients with timely and accurate information and distribution of correspondence, and to answer and resolve queries on all aspects of enrolment process.
- Book exams.
- Support all departments.
- Carry out additional duties or be requested to work flexible working hours as reasonably requested by their Line Manager or the Senior Management Team.
- General office duties.

- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.

- Increase the portfolio of the company by assisting in the marketing of all areas of the business.
- Be responsible for upholding procedures to safeguarding learners, reporting appropriately, and ensuring Prevent Duty and British Values are being upheld and promoted.

**Qualification Requirements**
- GCSE or equivalent A-C in English and Maths.
- Full Driving Licence.
