To provide administrative support, controlling systems, processes and reporting to the senior team at Hull - Green Energy.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700

**The Biffa division you’ll be supporting.**

Biffa Green Energy is part of our Resources & Energy division that aims to produce solid recovered fuel pellets from non-recyclable household waste. Pellets are used as a coal substitution in heavy industry offering carbon emission savings. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing sustainable industry.

- Assisting with loads in and out.
- Being the first point of call for visitor/ contractor Inductions & new starter inductions.
- Ordering & the creating of PO's.
- Managing the weighbridge tickets and uploading them to the system.
- Creating and reading the finance reports.
- Administration of Biffa's HR & recruitment system.
- Arranging and managing time sheets - agency staff.
- Scanning compliance documents and uploading them to the system.
- You will be required to book in training for staff.
- Arranging interviews and interview screening and collaborating with Biffa recruitment.
- Organising defect reports.
- Organising PPE orders.

**Requirements**:
**Here’s what we require**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (particularly Excel; Work; Powerpoint; Outlook)
- IT literate - comfortable using business software and systems
- Proactive and Positive attitude that is welcoming to staff and visitors
- Able to tolerate a significant amount of routine work.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good organisation skills.
