As a Transport Administrator in our Logistics Centre, Northampton; you’ll become part of a large friendly team that strives to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. You’ll work alongside like-minded sporty people, where your overall objective is to help our customers receive their sporting products at the right time. You’ll work closely with your teammates to increase our efficiency by reducing lead times and boosting quality control; all in a fun, friendly and fast-paced environment.

**What’s involved?**
- **Controlling vehicle movements**:You will schedule and control the inbound and outbound vehicle movements
- **Compliance lead**:You will ensure all vehicles are fully compliant with their delivery slots, their paperwork is in order and challenging any discrepancies
- **Report creation**: You will analyse the performance, generate reports and identify opportunities for improvement areas
- **Playing sport**: During meetings, lunch breaks or after work you’ll have the opportunity to play sport at your heart's desire. Our Logistics Centre can be a very fast paced environment, so there is no better way to let off steam and relax during your shift.

**Additional Information**:
We have three different shift rotations; morning, afternoon and evening (Logistics Centre is open 6am until 10pm, Monday-Sunday). Therefore, we will require people who can be flexible to work all these shift times.

Salary : £23,180p/a; £11.43 p/h
Overtimes available paid 1,5x rate, occasional night shifts paid 2x rate

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
