Here at **GXO Logistics**, we are currently looking for a full-time **Transport Administrator** to join our team in **Northampton **on a fixed term 6 months contract, working in partnership with our customer **B&Q**.

You will be working from **Sunday **to **Thursday** and your working hours will be **08:30 **-** 16:00**.

**What you will do on a typical day**:

- Support the Administration Manager, along with the Operations Management team in the daily management of the B&Q Store to Home project
- Ensure weekly KPIs, payroll is completed accurately and on time, supporting other Administrators where necessary
- Create and manage the weekly rotas for Drivers and Drivers Mates, including booking agency personnel and manage absences, and daily changes in the shifts plan
- Daily management of the agency register and its issues tracker

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and highly proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, efficient, adaptable, and able to deliver high levels of customer service
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to continually strive for improvement
