Bookkeeper and Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful business as a bookkeeper and administrator. The business is based in Reading but provides services internationally.
You will join a small team and provide direct support to the office manager and managing director of the business, with room to grow your responsibilities over time.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Recording daily financial transactions using Xero, including sales invoices and bills received
- Liaising with our payroll provider and accountants around salaries and pensions
- Paying and processing salaries and bills
- Reporting financial summaries to help with business decision making
- Providing general administrative support on financial matters

You will have proven experience as a bookkeeper and be proficient in using Xero. You’ll have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will be AAT qualified or equivalent.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
