**About us**:
Emergency Care Locums is based in Cannon Street, London. ECL is a fast-growing recruitment company that specialises in the placement of staff in the medical and nursing sectors on a temporary and permanent basis.

We currently have 2 opportunities for an experienced and non-experience compliance officer to join our small established and growing Nursing Division specialising in the recruitment of Nurses and HCA’s. This opportunity is Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 full time.

This role is an office-based role with some flexibility to work from home (note - Location
- Cannon Street, London).

**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for 2 people to join out Compliance Team, someone with previous experience working in Compliance within a healthcare environment and someone who is new to this but is willing to learn. An excellent communicator, you will genuinely enjoy talking to people, with the ability to persuade and influence. You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels over the phone. You will be determined and self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.

**Job specification**:

- Qualifying Nurses/HCA’s for suitability and availability to register.
- 1st point of contact with Nurses/HCA’s.
- Verifying registrations and Qualifications and performing Identification checks.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of Nurses/HCA’s Compliance status.
- Ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated as required on our internal recruitment software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong willed and honest when dealing with difficult situations.
- To carry out other duties relevant to the post
- Develop relationships quickly with senior managers and gaining trust.
- Knowledge of CPP- LPP and HTE Framework beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
