**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Support Staff play a vital role in providing administrative support to the practice teams. Based in the Tax department, the successful post holder will work with a range of team members and client types, from sole traders to small and medium size companies, assisting with drafting engagement contracts, invoices, and reporting.

**THE ROLE**:
Finance
- Own the billing process and ensure bills are confirmed/approved
- Arranging credit notes & write offs
- WIP Management
- Time analysis
- CRM Maintenance - internal role updates/client address changes etc

Workflow/Operations
- Responsible for the management and coordination of work planning incoming/outgoing work
- Ensure progress on the attainment of internal KPI’s are communicated to staff.
- General Administration
- Collation and compiling of data for reports for meetings using MS Office Programs e.g. Excel / Powerpoint
- Filing Accounts and tax returns

**THE CRITERIA / THE PERSON**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience working in a busy office
- Strong oral and written communication skills to gather requests and be able to prioritise these sensibly
- Ability to work effectively under pressure demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with impact and empathy and to deliver difficult messages
