Workplace Meetings and Events Bookings Manager

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, and work alongside the operational team to ensure the client's needs are anticipated, and that we deliver above and beyond. In this role you will actively build relationships with approved local vendors and suppliers.
- To manage and resolve any feedback escalations, relating to the service provided by the operational team
- To manage online systems updates to ensure the booking system has accurate menu and pricing information
- To be present and act as a point of contact for key events to liaise between the guest and the operational team
- To respond in a timely manner to all enquiries
- To ensure the operational team remain up to date with all relevant information and any last-minute changes
- To ensure all events are billed promptly, accurately and charged to the correct account codes

**Main Duties to include**:
You will create, innovate, organise & control the efficient and effective running of the meetings and events booking service. You will do this by working with different departments, and suppliers to arrange things such as: co-ordinating equipment hire and install, or booking special dietary meals. No 2 days are the same, and you will be responsible for preparing quotes and providing recommendations. As well as taking guests on tours to showcase and sell the spaces.
- To discuss and confirm all booking details with the guest and / or operational team prior to the event to ensure excellent execution
- To communicate all event details on a weekly basis using an approved template and update daily to all departments with any changes

You are friendly and professional and work tirelessly to ensure that colleagues and building users are given an exemplary customer experience. - Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large workload, supporting multiple outlets and buildings
- Must be highly proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge and Chrome
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years' experience in a similar role within the sector
