OpusApeiro are excited to offer a new position within a growing IT company. This is a great opportunity for a Social Media & Bookings Coordinator to expand our events and social media presence and tighten our relationships with key suppliers and agencies.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our team based in the centre of Bristol.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with entertainment and FM agencies as well as key talent directly.
- Attending events to meet with venues/agencies/key talent.
- Scheduling ad-hoc jobs and events for our clients.
- Filling bookings on a daily basis, liaising with agencies and direct providers.
- Assisting the Social Media Manager with post engagement through direct relationships.
- Working directly with key account managers internally and with clients, to resolve daily queries and coordinate the events schedule.

**Required skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive business relationships.
- Demonstrable experience organising, multitasking, managing your own time, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ideally have own transport.

**Advantageous skills and experience**:

- Experience with customer ticketing software (preferred).
- Direct experience in the UK Hospitality sector, in particular with an understanding of the night time economy.

We aim to allow our team to grow within the organisation and several of our senior management including on the board have started in similar roles. Personality and individuality is encouraged and fostered, with everyone’s strengths and weaknesses supported.

**Hours**:
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday with some weekends to attend events. There will be an opportunity for overtime.

**Starting Salary**:
£25,000 + Event and travel budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
