**The role**
- Responsible for Connect - updating times and sending announcements
- Advise customers of schedule change / non shipments / incidents / general communication
- Assist Operations in priority shipments / collating shipping lists / monitor block bookings
- Input of hazardous goods in Connect
- Assist in related admin duties
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Learn how to use C-Connect and help customers with online requests
- Work as part of a team to promote all CLdN routes
- Any duties that may arise to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department

**Your profile**
- It is important that you have a good work ethic and pro-active approach
- You will have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good IT skills are desirable for use of in-house computerised systems
- You must be a self-motivated individual
- Good timekeeping is essential
- Ability to prioritise workload whilst working to tight timescales in accordance with company policies
- You must be able to work within a team.
- Must be willing to undertake any duties that may arise to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department
- You must also be willing to work to a flexible timetable to meet the changing patterns of work and cover when required, which could include working at other Ports within the UK and Europe
