- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Bodyshop/ Automotive sector.
- Proficient in Emacs software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
