**We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues for Part Time positions within our Fraud Payments business area, with a starting package up to £25,062 (pro rata) this is made up of a base salary of £23,036 (pro rata) **along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1526 (pro rata) discretionary performance related bonus. We also offer a Twilight allowance of £1.900 (pro rata)**

**What you'll bring**:

- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential

This role is based in Bootle and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

**Shift option**:

- Part - time working shift pattern, including alternate Saturdays and Sundays
- Working Hours 6-11pm Monday/Sunday
- 25 hours per week
