Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an excellent Freelance Digital Marketing Executive for a 6-month period to support the delivery of the digital strategy for Energy & Utilities Jobs. This allows for hybrid working with only Monday and Tuesdays required on-site in theirSolihull office.
The key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive include:
**Supporting the delivery of the digital strategy for Energy & Utilities Jobs**
- Ensuring website content is up to date and the website is functioning effectively.
- Creating and uploading fresh and engaging content, including writing content, to the website
- Co-ordinating our social media strategy; ensuring timely, well-constructed posts are issued across our B2C channels.
- Creating PPC campaigns, both for Google Search and Display Ads and Paid Social Media Campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok)
- Creating engaging digital assets and video content which can be shared across all digital channels.
- Raising profile via digital marketing techniques of EUJ with employer organisations in the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Supporting the wider communications and research teams to deliver our key messages online.
**Digital Reporting & Analysis**
- Monitoring and reporting on website traffic and conversion rates.
- Utilising a range of techniques including Google Analytics to make informed recommendations on digital activities.
- Social media listening - monitoring the group’s online reputation and responding as appropriate to tweets and retweets, increasing engagement rates.
- Reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Identifying initiatives for enhancing value through our digital platforms.
**Additional responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with Energy & Utility Skills data protection policies and processes.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
- Continuous professional development; commitment to professional development, staying ahead of changing digital marketing trends and sharing best practices internally.
