Publican Marketing Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a **Publican Marketing Coordinator** to support lead generation for new publicans, based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull.

The role of a Publican Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in developing, defining, and conveying the company brands, helping to uncover and promote the differentiating factors that make our company the first choice for running your own pub. Thisopportunity would welcome a creative, innovative marketing specialist, with an ambition and passion to make a difference.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be involved in:

- Strategy creation and development, leading to a marketing calendar for B2B engagement and attraction
- Creating a marketing toolkit or action plan to attract new publicans for each newly available site, including field operations collateral and building POS
- Recruitment Social Media Agenda with regular scheduled creation of content for social channels to drive lead generation calendar
- Campaigns and events delivery from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads; actively manage a calendar of publican attraction events.
- Creating pub letting information and proof-reading of sales information that stand out from the crowd
- Maintaining mobile-first websites, and can leverage Google Analytics
- Ensuring a seamless transition of generated leads to the Recruitment Team
