**Early Careers Administrator**
Would you like to embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering a first-class service to the wider business? We currently have a vacancy for an Early Careers Administrator at our site in Barrow-in-Furness.
As an Assistant Early Careers Professional, you will be providing administrative support to the Early Careers programmes. Assisting in meeting the requirements of the funding and awarding body through ensuring data and other deliverables are in place.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to help shape the apprenticeship programme being based in the new £25m purpose built modern Academy for Skills and Knowledge as BAE Systems continue to invest record amounts in early careers.
**Your main responsibilities as an Early Careers Administrator will involve**:
- Managing of learner personal files and action changes to learner personal details
- Completing all necessary documentation in accordance with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and business requirements
- Recording all information against file checklist to ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Supporting the monitoring and assessment practices and processes are in place in compliance with awarding body requirements
- Collating information of new starters and produce Individual Learning Plans (ILP's) for all learners
- Completing Individual Learner Records (ILR's) for all learners
- Entering all learners onto the management information funding system (YETI)
- Supporting centre co-ordination, registration and certification activity
- Monitoring/updating placement tracker and the local induction form tracker
- Producing departmental statistics, accurately and to time
- Supporting additional projects e.g. recruitment process, induction process and internal celebration events
**Your skills and qualifications**:
**Essential**
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent or CIPD Certificate in Training Administration
- Experience of working within apprenticeships and/or Education environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent experience of Word, Excel (including VLookups)
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Experience of auditing files
**Desirable**
- Experience of working within apprenticeships and/or Education environment
- Previous knowledge of working with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and or awarding bodies systems
