**Salary**:£35,000 +**
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Effective engagement with, and management of, key internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and align delivery against business needs and expectations.
- Act as ‘Subject Matter Expert’ within given specialist area and provide proactive advice, guidance and support to all relevant operational areas.
- Lead on the effective reporting of service performance, producing regular reports and KPI updates.
- Deliver Induction and Immersion Programmes of the highest standard for new recruits, which serve to motivate, inspire and welcome them to our business and deliver the relevant tools of the job which will enable a smooth transition into their role.
- Provide direction on policy and governance matters related to associated programmes ensuring both corporate policies are adhered to and local policies are developed and maintained.
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is fully supported to deliver a high calibre resource to the business.
**Your skills and experiences**:
- Previous experience of working with graduates and undergraduates
- Project Management skills and experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Desirable Skills and experiences**:
- A background in either Education, Human Resources or Recruitment would be beneficial to this role along with any coaching, mentoring or training qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent - however this is by no means essential.

**The Early Careers Team**:
Reporting into the Head of Early Careers, you will be working with a current team of 39 which is due to be expanding.
As part of the Early Careers Team you will manage and deliver quality early careers and skills programmes for our UK businesses. You will have shared responsibility for graduate and undergraduate programmes which will give you the opportunity to support the selection of the future talent here at BAE Systems.
