Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Electrical)

What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing and monitoring learner progress & performance in line with frameworks/ standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
- Delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
- Developing learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
- Effective recording / reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for learners
- Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection of learners
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- L3 electrical qualification
Desirable
- Assessor Award qualification
- Good IT skills in particular MS Office
- Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes

The Early Careers team
You will join a dynamic team of professionals, assessing a number of apprentices through their programme and supporting a range of early careers activities, including interviewing, inductions, career events etc.
