At GrowUp not only are we growing our salads, but we are also growing as a business.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for welcoming all visitors, managing the reception area whilst providing administrative support on the farm. Your primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of the office by handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees.

**Typical job responsibilities include**
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as the first point of contact for anyone arriving at the far
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the Head of Operations and ensure that meeting rooms are prepared, and any necessary resources or equipment are available.
- Maintaining office supplies: keep track of office supplies inventory and ensures that necessary items are stocked, place orders for supplies, reconcile purchases in Pleo
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Assisting with special projects, such as event planning, coordinating office moves, or assisting with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with other departments: work closely with different teams within the company to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Organization and time management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
