**Receptionist**

Location: Hesketh House, Fleetwood

**Salary**: £10.33 per hour

Contract: 12 months FTC Matenrity Cover

Working hours: 30 hours per week, Mon-Fri rotating shifts 7am-1pm and 1pm-7pm

Your new role:
**About the role**:

- Welcome visitors to the premises, providing information, directions and contacting client staff as necessary
- Issue security and visitor passes in line with security procedures, ensuring they are returned as necessary.
- Recieve incoming telephone calls and small delivieres, directing these as appropriate
- Undertaking general adminstrative duties including, maintaining records, compiling reports and ordering station
- Handover of shifts to night shift Security Guards, ensuring all information is passed accurately

**About you**:
We are looking for a people person with excellent communication skills. You will have good knowledge of telephone and switchboard systems and good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. You should have background in custumer service with the abilty to handle complaints effectively and professionally. You will be working in a faced paced environment so will need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines with the abilty to remain calm.
