Elevate your career by joining our independently owned hotels as a **Food & Beverage Graduate, **and you will start your progression toward becoming a valuable and expert member of the hotel

The 12-month Graduate program will focus on the Food & Beverage department, offering participants valuable exposure to all departments that work in collaboration with the F&B team.

**Key Highlights of the Graduate Programme**:

- Become a member of at least one task force and attend all meetings relevant to your program (such as P&L, forecast, revenue, etc) and work on individual projects,
- Attending workshops specifically designed for Graduates attending this program,
- To provide a friendly and efficient welcome to all our guests while delivering 5* service at all times,
- Use various computer systems,
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards.
- Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlets.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment, and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
- Closely monitors the quality of food and beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
- Report any compliments/complaints immediately to Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Deal with payment according to our policies and procedures.
- Deal with cashier duties when required.
- Assists in other areas of the Food & Beverage operation as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine passion and hunger to develop within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in the English language.
