**What are the key responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor?**
- Ensuring smooth running of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
- Motivating, training and developing employees
- Updating and maintaining the departments SOPs
- Checking all drink orders and deliveries when received
- Being familiar with all daily bookings
- Carrying out daily cash up when on late shift
- Liaising with colleagues, management and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, professional and efficient service
**What are we looking for in a Food & Beverage Supervisor?**
- Have experience in a similar position
- Have a responsible attitude and take ownership of problems
- Be a strong team player
- Be organised and work well under pressure
- Have a friendly, bubbly and flexible attitude
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written
- We electronically scan and store a copy of your passport/visa and/or ID card to gain a clear indication of the authenticity of the document and establish the ‘Right to Work’ in the UK._
