Salary**:£32,500 - £36,000 per annum**

**Who is NewmanFrancis?**

NewmanFrancis is a community engagement organisation focused on building confidence, connecting people and seeing local communities flourish.

They’re a team of community engagement specialists involved in services including, but not limited to:

- community engagement
- providing community regeneration advice
- training
- and service improvements to local communities across London.

**Your new role as Senior Resident Liaison Officer**:
You will deliver resident liaison services on new build and remediation projects while providing exceptional service to residents. Working on several key projects, you will use your excellent problem-solving skills to deliver projects effectively and resolveissues quickly.

**How do you know you’re having the impact expected in this role?**
- You’ll have contributed to developing our Resident Liaison Office service by the end of your first six months.
- You’ll be consistently delivering an excellent standard of service and bringing fresh ideas for continuous improvement and new opportunities.

**About you as our new Senior Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)**:
**_Your normal working week can include many of the following (albeit this is not a definitive list):_**
- Effective managing projects, including collating documents, facilitating project meetings
- Providing timely advice to residents regarding the works and timetable
- Progress reports and Frequently Asked Questions documents
- Organising and attending meetings with key stakeholders, including contractors, residents and management companies
- Responding to resident queries within 2 working days
- Outreach and consultation work, including door-knocking and circulating questionnaires
- Developing effective relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders
- Managing costs in-line with agreed budgets
- Chairing meetings, including consultation events and public meetings
- Organising events/activities to provide information about the works such as coffee mornings and Meet the Contractor events

**To thrive as Senior Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll have the following skills, experience and personality**:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a positive outlook
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience within a construction environment
- At least 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Able to develop professional relationships with diverse individuals and communities
- Committed to solving problems and finding creative solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to empower others
- Able to manage budgets and confidently manage your own workload
- Proven experience working under pressure whilst remaining calm
- Happy working on-site as required by clients, including occasional evening and weekend working
