Procurement Data Coordinator

An exciting new role as Procurement Data Coordinator providing support to the Procurement Excellence Manager and wider Group Procurement team that aims to; build on our existing capability to manage our Procurement data towards leveraging optimum value from our supply chain.

To support global price file maintenance (M3 and i2B) starting with Aggreko Manufacturing and Technology our global strategic supply partners i.e. Cummins, Parker Hannifin etc extending to high volume by count of purchase order lines raised annually regional suppliers.
Spend refresh data treatment and continued supplier categorisation.
- Initial data treatment
- Refining supplier categorisation
- Data cleansing
Adhoc spend analysis requests to support our Global Category Management Teams.
Regional data analysis requests to support Finance packs and other MBR’s.
Weekly i2B adoption reporting including;
- Analysis of in scope purchase requisitions not processed through i2B broken out by region to derive insights that will help to maintain/increase adoption.
- YTD regional adoption rates drilling down into analysis of individual user login frequency and behaviour.
- Requisition and purchase order status reporting.
- Receive and publish I2B Support Desk open ticket report.
Market indices research including Fast markets publishing and further exploration of the data available.
Collaboration Centre maintenance.
General data and administrative support to the Group Procurement Performance Manager.

- Ability to use Microsoft office packages Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams and principally Microsoft Excel with a desire to develop with Excel even further.
